Medicine Woman Dance - An intuitively inspired dances dance for women to move negative imprints out of the physical and energetic through ancient dance movements and bring in new, inspired and joyful energy.
Medicine Child Dance - the same style of dance lead for children of all ages, male and female alike. This dance will have more contemporary music and help children release anxiety & fear and dance in confidence, security, and self acceptance.
Medicine Man Dance - A dance designed for men to allow them to release the boundaries of expected male patterns, allowing for the divine masculine to emerge and free dancers from anger, fear, controlling behaviors and make space for acceptance, worthiness, compassion and gentleness.
Dance of the Ancestors - An intuitively led dance that honors the ancestors and loved ones that have passed. This dance helps us to feel close to those who have gone before, transforming grief and disconnection to allow space for acceptance, allowing, connection and ancestral guidance. We encourage dancers to bring photos or objects to honor ancestors or recently passed loved ones and a journal to record any messages or insights you receive during the dance.
Dance of Forgiveness - An intuitively led dance that focuses on letting go of grief, shame and anger while making space for forgiveness of self and others. This dance invites participants to embrace their anger, and transform it into understanding, compassion and forgiveness. Participants are invited to bring a photo or object that reminds them of the person they want to forgive or the event in which they want to forgive themselves for, and a journal to record any information they receive during the dance.
Warrior Woman Dance - This is a more aggressive dance where women are encouraged to get in touch with the fierceness that has been laying dormant within her! The dance will be high energy, aggressive and full of primal moves, howls and letting it all hang out type moves. Participants are encouraged to wear face pant and any ceremonial clothing that makes them feel strong and warrior like. We often ask dancers in this dance to write down challenges that they will overcome with the power they connect with in the dance.
Vision Dance - This dance is for more experienced energy practitioners that are familiar with journeying or being in altered states. This dance is a 2 hour dance and includes wearing a bandanna or scarf to cover the eyes during the dance. This “shadowing” allows the dancers to let go of fear of judgment freely move their bodies. The dance leader will gently guide the dancers vocally and keep dancers from bumping into each other.
Day of Dances - many dances can be put together to do in one day or in a festival/workshop atmosphere. Dances can also be visioned by Keli based on individual or groups needs. Individual dances have to be booked in advance.
Animal Dance - A fun dance for kids and adults which has participants dance in the way of different animals which invites them with the energy of that animal; hawk, bear, elk, and ones that participants chose.
Since the dances are intuitively created they will change from moment to moment based on the processing and energy of the individuals in the dance.
What to Bring: All dances require a sarong, as they are ceremonial in nature. The sarong helps each dancer to have their own experience without the energetic “overflow” from others affecting them. It is also a traditional way to honor ones dance as sacred. If you do not have a sarong, we will have one for you to borrow. Please bring personal water, a journal, and anything that is encouraged for the particular dance that you are participating in.
Expectations: We expect each individual to come to their dance with awareness of their own physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional limitations. Any special medical needs should be expressed to the dance leader prior to the dance, and any leader has the right to determine if a participant can dance and also to remove any participant if they appear to be a danger to themselves or others during a dance. Waivers will be presented before each dance.
